Saracens Bar and Eaterie, formally known as D-place was taken over and refurbished in the summer of 2005. Since then it has become hugely successful - now being one of the busiest lunch-time venues in town and one of the top socialising bars of an evening, mid-week and at the weekend.

We are able to accommodate many different events through our large bar and restaurant area and the function suites located in the hotel. The Saracens building dates back to the early 1800s and still has many of it’s unique features for instance our internal walkway, originally the buildings carriage house, which today separates our two main bars.
